Fall Executive Cohort

Ready yourself to navigate the wildness of work through the true wildness of the outdoors.

The 2025 Executive Cohort is an 8-month adventure, beginning in April and ending in early November. This experience emphasizes deep professional impact through personal exploration, community building, and immersion in nature during all seasons. Ideal participants are entrepreneurs, executives, and community leaders who desire to grow and be of better service to everyone and everything they encounter.

Participants will come together regularly to retreat, learn, and train through the Cohort. Alongside physical training and preparation for the adventure ahead, participants will have 4 opportunities for immersive experiences with different personal and professional development modalities. These development opportunities, all taught by expert practitioners and teachers, are pre-set but intentionally withheld from the participants to encourage presence and relinquishing a safe amount of control, something most executives don’t believe they can do. Trusting in nature, your Cohort, and your guides will be a fundamental aspect of this journey.

The Executive Cohort culminates in a 75-mile adventure in the Pennsylvania wilderness. The trip, happening October 13th-17th, 2025, covers the entirety of the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail over 4 days. During the adventure, participants will offer their wisdom to one another, catalyzing deeper connections, vulnerability, and often, yielding disruptive moments where hikers shift their perceptions and identities in remarkable ways. Following the journey, the group will celebrate, recover, and integrate for 24 hours at Nemacolin, a beautiful resort nestled nearby in the Pennsylvania countryside.

The 2025 Executive Cohort is supported by a dedicated team, all of whom are alumni from previous Baker Road adventures. While the challenge ahead may seem daunting, this team's commitment is to meet your determination with support, hospitality, and kindness. They will ensure you can successfully navigate your own journey, regardless of how it unfolds. No prior experience is required; all you need is a willingness to invest in yourself.

  • Registration for this Cohort is $6,750 and includes access to the following:

    • 4 - 1-day retreats with professional support and education

    • 3 - additional virtual meet-ups

    • Up to 4 hours in 1:1 sessions for personal and professional guidance (several meetings or a half-day retreat)

    • 2-night stay at Baker Road’s new retreat property in Knox County 

    • Plenty of swag and reading materials

  • Registration includes access to all the following opportunities - while are not required, each provides a unique opportunity to invest in yourself alongside a great community of men. Most experiences will happen in Knox County, OH, roughly 60 minutes from Columbus and 90 minutes from Cleveland.
